PILATES
We are excited to now be offering Pilates in addition to our regular sessions. Pilates is a great slower paced exercise to strengthen, tighten and firm up your core muscles. As one of our members jokingly said, ‘my butt has never looked so good’! Why not come along and try it out today. Our classes are Tuesdays 7.15pm at Avondale and Thursdays 5pm at St John Bosco’s!
