Fun2Move in Melbourne is all about showing kids that exercise, getting fit and being healthy can be fun!
At Fun2Move, we believe that movement and exercise is for everyone. But for many kids, particularly those with special needs such as autism, Down syndrome, ADHD or learning difficulties, they may not have the opportunity to learn these skills in a way that is tailored just for them.
Designed by an Occupational Therapist and delivered by a Personal Trainer and Primary School Teacher, we provide relaxed and supportive exercise and fitness therapy sessions in Melbourne’s inner north (Avondale Heights) and online for kids of all ages and abilities.
Fun2Move sessions introduce kids to exercise through fun fitness games and drills to build core strength, balance, agility and endurance as well as confidence with basic sports skills such as throwing, catching, bouncing and hitting. Kids can play and explore in a fun, low-pressure environment while learning physical and social interaction skills.
We work with families and allied health providers to ensure every child gains new skills, confidence and a love of movement – and we have heaps of fun while we do it!
