Adults and kids sessions run at the same time with 2 fully qualified trainers.

Our adults sessions combine cardio, resistance, circuit training & kickboxing to provide all over fitness and conditioning. Kids sessions include fitness based games to develop strength, cardio, balance, agility, fine motor control as well as social skills. Includes tag games, ball games and obstacle courses.

F2M sessions are all held in a fun, friendly environment to give you and your family a good workout while you have fun doing it.

Our 7 week health, wellbeing & fitness program helps your family on the way to a healthier future. Combining exercise & fitness with dietary planning advice & supplementation, the program is designed to educate your family about healthy eating to ensure that all health and fitness gains are long term.
